I play here about once a week, but I need the challenge of the big courses because, even over 70, my goal is to improve my game.
I did stop playing for a month to rest and rehab my shoulder. It was not an ez decision, but I knew I had to do it. I'm the type of person who says, "Tell me what I have to do, and I'll do it." Now my shoulder is stronger, more stable and with more range of motion to hit the ball further. There is still achiness, but so what.
Meanwhile, I have been working on a couple of exciting writing projects with several companies. In the next week, you can find my first Huffington Post article,
"Why I don't meditate" on their site.
