How true this is!You have people in your life who take massive leaps in their careers only to falter later.Some real estate investors are 'flippers', buying a house, selling it soon after, then buying another one. Even though I have been a real estate broker for over 30 years, I've done the same thing. Flipping houses and boasting of a quick profit is a showy thing to do, but it's like driving a golf ball hundreds of yards - what happens in the long run?
More important is consistency, patience, practice, skill and faith in the process, just like life. Aesop said it long ago, "Slow and steady wins the race." Cultivate the habit of, instead of doing many things, do a few that make a difference. Cultivate daily habits that lead you to where you want to be when tInstead of scattering your energies, fix your eye on a specific goal or target, and move towards it, not necessarily directly, but on a path that gets you to where you want to be.
