1) Splinter - soak in Epsom salts and the splinter will come out
2) Exfoliate - while you're still wet from the shower, rub your body with Epsom salts
3) Dry Skin - an Epsom salts rubdown will do the trick
and best of all for seniors, golfer, etc?
4) Pour about half a cup into the bathtub and add hot water. Soak for 10 minutes ( or more if you choose). All the aches and pains will diminish or disappear and you'll sleep like a baby.
